Home: It is a place where love is not only felt, but lived. A home built with intention, rooted in hard work, and grown by the hands and hearts of a close-knit family. A family that raised two children, gleefully entertained four grandchildren and provided food, shelter and comfort to numerous cats and dogs throughout the years.

Since 1995, this has been the Holton Family's lifestyle in their home on Riverneck Road, and in just one night, it was tragically taken from them. On the evening of December 10, 2025 a fire took the home of Phil and Linda Holton, burning most of the back of the house unrecognizable. While lives were not lost, a lifetime of treasures inside were.

Starting over during this time of year can be unthinkable. When families should be celebrating the holiday season and festivities, their life now will be centered around picking up the pieces left behind and learning to move forward. No family should have to do that. Not at Christmas. Not ever.

Several people have asked family members how they can help. If you feel the need to help, but don't know how, this platform is the perfect start. Even after inspections and insurance files have been claimed, there will still be the need to help with additional bills, and finding the necessities needed in a brand new dwelling.
