On Sunday, while our family was gathered in church, our brother, sister-in-law, and their two precious children—an 8-year-old nephew and 3-year-old niece—experienced an unimaginable loss. During that time, their home was completely destroyed by a fire. In one moment, everything they owned was gone.

We thank God that they were protected and unharmed, but the road ahead is heavy. They are now facing the task of rebuilding their lives from the ground up—finding shelter, replacing necessities, and helping their young children heal from such a sudden and traumatic loss.
