My child got sick and hospitalized from December until January. I don’t have family. I lost my job and two weeks into January, I got a notice from the landlord for payment and by February I was evicted. I didn’t get help from the 211 line but I was lucky enough to still have my car which we slept in but slept in during storms, freezing, rain, heat, etc. My health has declined severely, I haven’t showered, touched hot water, slept in a bed, I can’t be a good mom, and living off of junk foods. I still try to keep some kind of faith and go as hard as I can, I have applied to over 100 jobs but have yet to get one, the only ones that contacted me were only to reject me because I can only work morning shifts. I have a small source of income but I can’t put it towards anything because I have to buy food daily for us and gas so we won’t freeze at night. I am $2000 past due on my car note, and owe many other bills and have been put in debt these past few months and things just keep piling up. The only thing keeping my car from a repo is me sleeping in it. I don’t have any idea what to do anymore, I pray, I ask, I go out for hours for help, and it’s gotten to a point where I just want to give up entirely. I had a plan to just keep going to school, get a job, get back in a place, and just focus on me and my child but everything requires money. It’s hard to rebuild losing everything when you have nothing, no money and no help. I appreciate anyone who took the time to even read this and anyone who provided any donation even if it’s just $1. It would solely go to getting into an apartment and my car note so I can keep working and finding jobs.
