Rebuilding Hope: Aid for Linda & David

Sunday February 23rd

Jesus came and took David home to be with him.

His spirit left the Earth and he is free of pain and with a savior now. Thank you for all your prayers and all your support.

UPDATE. Dave is still in the burn center ICU on the ventilator. His surgery went well yesterday And the wound VACs are in place on his Burns. He will have additional surgery on Wednesday and each day, they will attempt to remove the tube and get him breathing on his own. Thank you all again for your prayers and your generous donations

They still have a long road ahead.

Linda and David are two of the most loving people of faith. In 2022, hurricane Ian took their home through flooding. Recently, another disaster, a fire while they slept. They lost 2 homes in 3 years, barely making it out of the house. The saving grace is they did make it out.

David has 2nd degree burns and a fractured femur in his left leg. David also suffers from a rare blood disorder, which resulted in him losing his right leg below the knee several years ago. As their friends band together to make this difficult time a little easier, our hope is to provide them both with funds to cover a home and any medical costs they incur.
