On August 29th, my sister, Kathy Williams and her husband Fred lost their home to a fire. The house is a total loss as well as everything they owned inside. Fred suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his right hand. They were able to save 3 of their 4 beloved dogs. Maggie, their blind in 1 eye bassett hound was scared and confused,  so ran back inside to hide in the closet.  Unfortunately she died of smoke inhalation. 

Fred's pride and joy Pinto was also destroyed. He has spent many hours restoring it only for it to be turned into ashes. Kathy's mustang was also destroyed. 

Yes, this has devastated them. Now with his injuries,  Fred will not be able to return to work for a while.  You would think the bad news would end there. Well, no. This is 2020. Kathy lost her job of almost 9 years back on June 22nd.

They could really use a little goodness in their lives right now. Please help to bring them a little hope in this devastating tragedy.
