Rebuilding from the Body Up

Hi everyone!

I am Brianne and I am looking for support rebuilding myself from the body up.

The past six months has been one of the most difficult seasons of my life. In a short period of time several of the pillars that helped keep my life stable shifted or disappeared...completely shattered my world.

I lost my father, which shook my family foundation. I lost my job, which meant losing income stability and reliable health insurance. A seemingly budding relationship came to an end. My gym community, where I trained and found structure and accountability, closed its doors unexpectedly. I’ve also experienced the loss and transition of a couple of close friendships that had been important parts of my support system and my life.

Each of those things on its own would be challenging for anyone. Experiencing them all and nearly at once like a domino has taken a real toll on my physical and mental health.

One pillar that truly helped me reclaim my life was health & wellness. Between 2024 and late 2025, structured training including intensive cardio, powerlifting, HIIT and HIRT helped me lose approximately 120 pounds, improve my health and regain a sense of confidence and stability in my body. I was able to completely reverse Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), or what many know as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), Type 2 Diabetes remission, control of my insulin caused by PCOS, and improve my mobility. The programming, accountability, and community of that environment were a huge part of that success.

Losing that gym meant losing a structure that was helping me manage both my health and my mental bandwidth.
Right now I’m navigating Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), a rebound systemic inflammation, insanely high cortisol levels and insulin disregulation all over again. I have realized that re-establishing a consistent training environment will help me stabilize my health, rebuild strength and regain the structure that supports my executive functioning while I process grief and work toward returning to the workforce.

I’m hoping to join Life Time Fitness for the next six months to rebuild that pillar. Their structured environment. Their Alpha, GTX and Ultra Fit are very similar to the workouts I am used to and provide the community and coaching environment that will allow me to return to the kind of training that has worked for me before and given me a life back I never dreamed of when I was 435lbs.

The membership costs about $205 per month and my goal is to raise $1,500 to cover 6-7 months of membership while I focus on stabilizing my health and continuing my job search.

If you choose to support this, I'll be sharing progress updates on my Instagram: shootin_the_briez and TikTok: thekinestheticmusewhere I've documented my health and wellness journey in the past. Your support isn't just funding a gym membership, it's helping me rebuild the foundation everything else gets built on.
Asking for help like this is a very vulnerable and hard thing for me to do but I know rebuilding this one pillar will make a meaningful difference as I work to restore stability in the other areas of my life.

Thank you for supporting me during this rebuilding season.
