Rebuilding from hurricane flood

We live right outside of Liverpool, Texas on Chocolate Bayou and recently lost our home to the flooding during Hurricane Harvey.  We have property but need to install a well and septic along with culverts and a driveway. We plan on building some living quarters into our shop until we can build a new home.  We have myself, my wife, and our 4 children. God is good and we are blessed to be safe.
