Hello everyone,
My name is Adrian Clarke, and I’m a proud resident of Darliston District in Westmoreland, Jamaica. I was born and raised here, and this community has always been my home — a peaceful, hardworking place built on love, farming, and unity.

On Tuesday the 28th of October 2025 Hurricane Melissa tore through Darliston, leaving many of us in despair. Roofs were blown off, homes destroyed, farms flattened, and livestock swept away. Even our children’s school books and supplies were lost. My own family home and farm were also severely damaged.

I’m organizing this fundraiser not only for myself, but also for several families in Darliston who have been affected just as deeply — neighbors, friends, and elders who rely on their crops and animals to survive.

We are seeking to raise $30,000 USD to help with both immediate needs and long-term rebuilding. The funds will be used transparently and allocated roughly as follows:

How the funds will be spent:
• $10,000 – Building materials and roof repairs for affected homes
• $8,000 – Replanting crops, replacing livestock, and restoring farm tools
• $7,000 – Food, water, and essential supplies for displaced families
• $3,000 – Books, uniforms, and school items for children who lost everything
• $2,000 – Transportation, community coordination, and material delivery costs

Every dollar will go toward helping Darliston recover and rebuild stronger. I will personally oversee the process and provide regular photo and video updates so donors can see the real impact of their generosity.

We are a resilient people, and with your support, we will rise again.
Please donate if you can, and share this campaign so the world can help our little corner of Jamaica heal.

With gratitude and love,
Adrian Clarke
