We’re reaching out to support someone who means so much to all of us—a hardworking friend, dedicated coworker, and incredibly kind person who has just experienced an unimaginable loss.

Due to severe flooding, she has completely lost her home and nearly everything inside it. In a matter of hours, her safe place and the life she had built were taken from her. Despite this, she continues to show strength and resilience in the face of overwhelming circumstances.

Right now, she’s balancing so much. She’s working hard while attending school to become a nurse, pursuing a career centered on caring for others. On top of that, she’s in the middle of planning what should be one of the happiest times of her life—her upcoming wedding. Now, instead of focusing on her future, she’s trying to figure out how to rebuild from scratch.

She’s also caring for her beloved dog and two cats, who thankfully are safe, but also in need of stability and comfort during this difficult time.

We’re hoping to come together as a community to help ease the burden she’s facing. Donations will go toward immediate needs like temporary housing, clothing, food, replacing essential belongings, and caring for her pets—while she works to regain a sense of normalcy.
