My name is Nadine Joseph, but many may know me as Cookie, and I have lived in my North Miami apartment since 2018 with my two children.

On December 19, 2025, what was supposed to be a joyful time turned into a day I will never forget. I was scheduled to fly out, believing it would be a birthday trip, when my apartment building was engulfed in flames. The fire burned for a long time before it was finally put out.

By God’s grace, we are all alive, and for that we are truly thankful. Unfortunately, we lost a great deal in the fire. Now, our family is trying to rebuild during a season that is usually filled with joy, laughter, and time spent with loved ones.

As we work to pick up the pieces and keep our faith strong, any support of donation, is deeply appreciated. Whatever is on your heart, we will receive with gratitude.
