Rebuilding After Our Car Accident Trauma

My boyfriend and I got into in accident on our way to visit my mom. A lady ran a stop sign and t-boned us on the passenger side. The car is totaled and insurance won’t cover enough to get a new car. We can’t afford a down payment on a new car as well as our extensive medical bills. Injuries are impacting our ability to work, and now we have lost our method of getting to and from work. We cannot afford to take off of work either. Any help would be a blessing for us
