Hi, my name is Andres Canada, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times of our lives.

Earlier this month , my girlfriend Kyndel and I went through a devastating apartment fire. The smoke and water damage left our home unsafe, and we’ve been struggling to get back on our feet ever since. Our furniture and belongings were ruined, and even though management patched things up, the apartment is still filled with smoke residue, soot, and damage that make it impossible for us, our two dogs, and our cat to live there safely.

Just as we’ve been trying to recover from that, tragedy struck again last night. Kyndel was in a car accident caused by an uninsured and unlicensed driver who ran a red light while Kyndel had the green light. Thankfully, she wasn’t seriously injured, but the car is no longer reliable, leaving us without safe transportation.

We are asking for help to get through this difficult time. Specifically, we are trying to raise enough money for a deposit on a new place to live and a down payment on a reliable car so that we can move forward and begin rebuilding our lives.
