On October 31st, my dear friend Jules experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Her mother lost her home in a devastating fire and, even more heartbreakingly, five members of their family, Jules’ aunt, uncle, and three young cousins, lost their lives. In one night, their entire world changed. Everything they owned was destroyed, and they are now facing overwhelming grief alongside the loss of their home and sense of safety.

I didn’t know Jules’ mom personally, but through Jules, it’s clear how full of life and love she is. She’s been a constant source of support and strength for her daughter, and it’s heartbreaking to see her go through something no one should ever have to face.

We are raising funds to help her through this unimaginable loss. The donations will go toward funeral expenses, temporary housing, clothing, and basic necessities as she begins to recover and rebuild. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a difference.
