We have increased our goal as Rex's recovery will extend into next year, so we want to start fundraising early to ensure he has his ACA Max Out Of Pocket in advance.  On Saturday, October 6th, Rex was in a motorcycle accident.  He suffered a traumatic brain injury, as well as several broken bones.  His insurance is good, but Rex spent 3 weeks in a medically induced coma and will spend another 2 weeks regaining his strength in the ICU.  He will need significant in-patient and out-patient physical and occupational therapy before he can live independently again.  Help me help Rex with his living expenses and copays!  Together we can make him stronger, better, faster!  Hopefully he can return to being the joy in all our lives for less than $6M (or B with inflation), but even if it took that much, I would spend it!  All humor aside; he needs us right now...  Here is a couple of minutes to remind us how Rex is always there in the moments that we remember.  Click here to see Why We Care !
