TOGETHER, WE REBUILD LIFE

I am Abdelghani Hatem Jabr, a Palestinian living in Australia, but my heart remains in Gaza… where I spent 25 years of my life among family, friends, and memories that can never be forgotten.

Among those memories is a story that must be told… the story of my friend Montaser Yousef Al-Maqadma, a father of three young children.

In 2016, Montaser lost his father, the founder of Al-AREES Factories. Instead of giving up, he carried the responsibility with courage.

Through dedication and hard work, he grew the factories—originally established around 1980—until they reached their peak in 2021.

These factories were more than a business. They supported over 200 workers and their families.

Then, in a single moment, everything changed.

War destroyed the factories… and with them, the livelihoods of hundreds.

Today, I cannot stand by and do nothing.

Montaser refuses direct financial help—but rebuilding his factories means restoring dignity, not dependency.

Our mission is clear:

أنا عبد الغني حاتم جبر، فلسطيني الأصل أعيش في أستراليا، لكن قلبي ما زال في غزة… حيث عشت 25 عامًا من حياتي بين أهلي وأصدقائي وذكرياتي التي لا تُنسى.

من بين تلك الذكريات قصة لا بد أن تُروى… قصة صديقي منتصر يوسف المقادمة، أب لثلاثة أطفال.

في عام 2016، فقد منتصر والده، مؤسس مصانع العريس. لكنه لم يستسلم، بل حمل المسؤولية بكل شجاعة.

من خلال العمل الجاد، طوّر المصانع التي تأسست منذ عام 1980 تقريبًا، حتى وصلت إلى ذروتها في عام 2021.

لم تكن هذه المصانع مجرد مشروع، بل كانت مصدر رزق لأكثر من 200 عامل وعائلاتهم.

ثم في لحظة واحدة، تغيّر كل شيء.

الحرب دمرت المصانع… ومعها مصادر رزق مئات العائلات.

اليوم، لا أستطيع الوقوف مكتوف اليدين.

منتصر يرفض المساعدة المباشرة، لكن إعادة بناء المصانع تعني استعادة الكرامة، لا الاعتماد على الآخرين.

هدفنا واضح:

إعادة بناء المصانع، إعادة الوظائف، وإحياء الحياة من جديد.

كل دولار تقدمه ليس مجرد تبرع…

بل هو أمل، وكرامة، ومستقبل.
