Re-build Westside Taco

Westside Taco had a fire last night that has put Amber and her crew out of business. As a community I am really hoping we can help her put it back together in a hurry. After the fire at the restaurant earlier this year, she downsized to just her food trailer which is located at The Vault Taphouse in Redmond. As a small business owner, she and her family depend on the income from this food trailer, and now going into winter, this will be a huge challenge for them. Her food trailer doesn't have the coverage she needs to be able to get through this, so let's come together as a caring and supportive community to help her rebuild. Let's all help Amber get those tacos we all love back on the table! Donations will also be accepted in the form of gently used restaurant equipment, as well as checks (donation form upon request) and we are also looking for a contractor to repair fire damage in the small space for an affordable rate.
