Help Rebuild Our Community After Hurricane Melissa

Hello everyone,

I am Deloris, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family and our community in Westmoreland and Montego Bay, Jamaica, who were deeply affected by Hurricane Melissa.

The devastation is heartbreaking — roofs torn off, houses blown down, families left exposed, and homes flooded, filled with soaked and ruined belongings.

Fallen trees that were a food source are gone, and downed power lines have left many without water, power, gas, shelter, or essentials.

This fundraiser will help families rebuild, starting with urgent needs like food, water, roof repairs, replacing beds and furniture, and providing basic supplies for those who’ve lost so much.

Every dollar goes directly to local families — including our own — as we work together to share resources, labor, and love to restore our homes and our hope back in Jamaica.
