Help WCC Bandera Rise & Rebuild from the Ashes

We are overwhelmed and deeply humbled by the outpouring of love, prayers, and support our community has shown us in the wake of the fire that impacted our Fellowship Hall at Walker Community Church (WCC Bandera).

Above all, we give thanks and glory to our faithful God for HIS hedge of protection over our church campus, our church family, and our neighbors in Wharton’s Dock. While we are saddened by the loss and damage, we are incredibly grateful that lives were protected and that God’s hand was upon our people and our community.

As we begin the process of assessing the damage, rebuilding, and preparing for what God has next, many of you have reached out asking, “How can we help?”

This GoFundMe provides an opportunity for those who feel led to stand with WCC Bandera financially as we begin this journey of Great Growth from the ashes. Every gift—large or small—is received with tremendous gratitude and will help us as we work toward restoring and rebuilding the ministry spaces that serve our church and community.

But even more than financial support, we ask you to pray.

Please pray for wisdom, discernment, provision, favor, strength, and divine appointments as we navigate the weeks and months ahead. Pray for our church family, our community, our ministry partners, our first responders, and everyone who will be involved in the restoration process.

We don’t know everything that tomorrow holds, but we know the One who holds tomorrow.
