Early this morning, tragedy struck our community when Wally’s Dipstick in Pierce burned to the ground. This wasn’t just a shop — it was Wally’s livelihood, a place many of us have trusted, and relied on for years. The fire resulted in a total loss, leaving Wally and his family without their primary source of income.

Wally’s Dipstick is a true local small business, built with hard work, honesty, and care for the people it serves. Like so many in Pierce, Wally has always shown up for others. Now, he and his family need our help.

As Christians, we are called to stand together in moments like this. Scripture reminds us:

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

Galatians 6:2
