My name is Jason Adkins. I am the pastor of Walking By Faith Baptist Church. In March of 2024, our church was destroyed by a vehicle accident. We have been in the process of building a new church since then, while continuing to have church under a tent until the weather wouldn’t allow us. Now, we are currently having church in the cafeteria of our community’s school on Sundays while available. We have been turned down for loans from different banks because of just being established since October 2016. We are trusting in the lord with all of our hearts, but also want to utilize every tool that we are aware of to receive help. We have spent our proceeds thus far to retain the licensed contractor to get us this far, and we are still short of being finished.
