Hello everyone, my name is Jacob miller. I lived in Boone for my high school years. My good friend Tyler Parlier is a local to Boone North Carolina. Not only is he a local but he is THIRD GENERATION of Boone. We met in 2012 and he’s been a great friend ever since.

Tyler is always someone who would give the shirt off his back for anyone who needed it. He is giving, he is loving, and he cares about his community more than you could imagine.

As most of you know by this point Boone North Carolina was decimated by hurricane Helene. The recovery of this tragedy is going to take years. Many people lost some. But some lost everything. Tyler being one of those people.

Tyler was at work the day the hurricane hit and by the time he was able to get home with the flooding it was almost too late to even save his dog who was basically swimming in the living room. Tyler’s home was filled with multiple feet of water and all of his belongings including the trailer itself was deemed unlivable.

I don’t often reach out for the hand of others but I’m asking you please TO DONATE ANYTHING YOU CAN, Tyler worked his heart out for the things and place he has and will face very difficult times without our help. LETS WORK TOGETHER ON THIS AND HELP GET TYLER BACK ON TRACK!!! All funds will be given directly to Tyler to go as a down payment for a new trailer.
