Rebuild Tim Stone's Future: Donate Today

Hello, my name is Tim Stone. Several years ago, I was enrolled in Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, where I was pursuing a degree in International Studies, studying languages. While I made it through 3 out of 4 years, unfortunately, worsening heart failure at the time forced me to withdraw from the university, resulting in me owing the school debt. Over time, my heart failure progressed, but I was thankfully blessed to receive a heart transplant on September 15th, saving my life.

Now that I have a new heart and a new chance at life, I am trying to rebuild my life and finish my degree. However, I currently owe the school a debt of about $4000 and cannot get the credits I have completed in order to finish my last year of college. I will need to finish my final year at another closer University, but any money you donate will help me pay off my debt and help me pay to finish my education, turning my already completed coursework into a completed degree in Computer Science. As the International Studies Degree I previously focused on was an extremely broad subject, it makes it difficult to turn into something of real value with the 4 year degree alone. However, with the already completed work I've done, I should be able to complete a Bachelor's Of Science in Computer Science, hopefully within 2 years. This allows me to use my love of technology, a skill which even when sick I never lost, and turn it into something that will help give me a bright future. I will make sure I keep everyone updated on all progress as I continue to pursue my dreams.

I am hoping I can find kind people who can help me rebuild my life now that I have the opportunity to live it.

Update: As of today I am about a third of the way from being able to pay the debt I owe Texas State University and being able to get my transcript to enroll in another school. Thank you to everyone who has given so far and to those who will give.
