The owners of The Boyz Automotive dba Redmon’s (Luis and Angel), along with office manager Maria Elena, have worked tirelessly to reopen after Hurricane Helene. When the storm hit, The Boyz’ buildings were destroyed, and equipment was swept away. Since then, they have faced many challenges, including setbacks with FEMA, insurance, Small Business Administration denials, and losses from theft.

Thanks to the support from our community, local churches, and disaster recovery organizations, we’ve made progress toward reopening. With your help, we can bring this 60-year-old business back to the Swannanoa Valley, where it has served for generations.
