Rebuild the Bond: Presley and Misu's Training Fund

Hello! My name is Presley, and I want to introduce you to my beloved companion, Tiramisu, though we affectionately call her Misu.

Living with autism and disability has shaped my world in profound ways, and it was with a heart full of hope that I welcomed Misu into my life. I envisioned her not just as a pet, but as my loyal best friend and service dog—my partner in navigating the challenges I face. With great investment and unwavering belief, I enrolled her in a specialized training program that cost over $5,000, all for the promise of a brighter future together.

But then, a tragic incident shattered that dream. During a vulnerable moment in her puppyhood, Misu was attacked by an aggressive dog who bolted out their door in old apartment complex. That heartbreaking experience has cast a shadow over her spirit, and now, the sweet, lovable dog I know is burdened by fear-based aggression toward other dogs and even towards people who may seem threatening.

As someone with disabilities, I find it incredibly difficult to provide Misu with the intensive time and commitment she desperately needs to overcome her fears and reactivity. It would truly mean the world to me to connect with a professional trainer—someone with the knowledge and experience to guide both Misu and me through this challenging journey. With their help, I believe we can regain the bond we once envisioned and reclaim a life filled with joy and companionship.
