Support Tara Vlam After Devastating House Fire

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out today to ask for your support for my dear friend, Tara, who has tragically lost everything in a devastating house fire. The fire completely destroyed her home, car, and all her belonging; she got out with just the clothes she was wearing and her phone. She has lost not only her physical possessions but also the sense of security that comes with a home and a safe space.

In the blink of an eye, Tara has been left with nothing. And while we know that no amount of money can replace what has been lost, we can come together to help her rebuild.

We were all hoping that the insurance would reimburse her and that the funds would be enough for her to rebuild. But, due to an unfortunate technicality, the insurance company was unable to provide any funds to assist her in restoring her house or car. Instead of being beaten down by a denied insurance claim, Tara has decided to push forward and rebuild. She has lived in her home for three years and has been active in her local community for thirteen years. She has given her time, heart, and soul to support her friends, family, and neighbors; let's support her in the same spirit she has supported her community.

Tara is the most vibrant, loud, loving, and outgoing kind of person who lights up every room the moment she walks in. Her energy is contagious, her laugh is unmistakable, and she is never afraid to speak her mind or start a conversation. This tragedy has now left her speechless and unsure of which way to turn. She is a very humble person always helping those in need while always standing on her own two feet and not wanting to ask for anything. Now she needs our help as a community.
