Steve & Brandi’s house fire support fund

Hi my name is Ariel,

On Monday August 1st, 2022 a tragic fire destroyed the home of my brother in law Steve & sister in law Brandi.

Our hearts are breaking for their catastrophic loss.

They have been saving for several years to be able to afford to move into a home together large enough to accommodate Brandi & her daughter Anisa and Steve with his sons David & Felix.

This year they finally found their dream home despite the challenging housing market. It was the perfect size and location to suit all their different needs. They acquired the house less than 2 months ago, and after a lot of cleaning, painting and prep work, they moved in a few weeks ago.

Then the unthinkable happened. A fire began in the home beside them for reasons still yet unknown. The extreme heat and high winds that day caused the blaze to quickly engulf both homes.

Many irreplaceable memories, mementos & belongings have perished. They have a long way back to having the comforts of home they worked so hard to provide for themselves & their young children.

Anyone who has had to make an insurance claim knows you never get back what you need to replace all that’s been lost. It’s impossible to list absolutely everything you owned to get a replacement cost for it.

Please help in any way you can to give them the funds to cover costs not covered by insurance.

All monies raised will go towards rebuilding their home & belongings.

There will inevitably be hundreds of things that Steve and Brandi will be replacing months from now from their own pockets after settling with insurance.
