Rebuild St. Elizabeth School — Hurricane Melissa Relief

Donation protected
Hurricane Melissa caused devastating damage to St. Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) in Santa Cruz, Jamaica. Multiple buildings were destroyed, and several classroom roofs were torn off, leaving students without safe learning spaces and putting their education on hold.

This fundraiser is being organized by Courtney Edwards, CFO of HomeSmart ICARE Realty and Trustee on the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Committee. Courtney grew up in Jamaica and is a proud STETHS alumnus. Motivated by gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility, he is traveling to Jamaica at his own expense to help the school recover.

Your support will help STETHS:

Replace roofs torn off by Hurricane Melissa

Rebuild classrooms damaged or destroyed

Restore safe learning spaces so students can return to school

Purchase materials, supplies, and emergency needs for the campus

Every dollar goes directly to the school. Courtney will personally deliver the funds to the STETHS administration, ensuring complete transparency and immediate impact. Photos, updates, and receipts will be posted here on GoFundMe for all donors to see.

STETHS has empowered generations of students across St. Elizabeth Parish. Today, the school needs our support to rebuild and continue providing opportunity and hope.

Thank you for helping us restore this beloved institution. Your generosity will directly impact the students, teachers, and families who rely on STETHS every day.
