Rebuild Lake Street Business- El Nuevo Rodeo Block

My family and I are heartbroken because of the loss of George Floyd and the pain of the community.  For the past 8 years, I have been planning a restaurant on Lake Street, to serve my community with the best quality food.  I served the community managing El Nuevo Rodeo during this time.  For the past 2 years, my family, friends and I have remodeled the space for my new restaurant Scores Sports Bar located at 2713 Lake St, next to El Nuevo Rodeo.  On May 28, our restaurant was in the line of fire and is now gone.

Mi familia y yo estamos muy tristes por la perdida de George Flyod y por el dolor de la communidad.  He estado trabajando durante tantos años
tratando de poder tener algo por mi cuenta y
poder servir a mi comunidad con la mejor
calidad de comida. El 28 de mayo como
resultado del motin , mi restaurante Scores Sports Bar ubicado en
2713 Lake St, al lado del Edificio El Nuevo
Rodeo, fue destruido, saqueado y destrozado. Y finalmente, el 29 de mayo, le  prendieron fuego al Edificio El Nuevo Rodeo y unos minutos más tarde, mi restaurante que tenía planeado abrir sus puertas por primera vez a la comunidad enJunio, también estaba en llamas. Mis años de
trabajo, materiales y sueños se convirtieron en
cenizas esa mañana.

Por favor, si puede donar a esta causa y
ayúdarme a reconstruir el restaurante que
muchos de nosotros merecemos y
especialmente la comunidad del lado sur.
