Hi, my name is Shawn for those who don’t know me personally, and I’m reaching out for support during one of the most difficult times in my life.

A few weeks ago, I was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) — a serious condition that led to severe complications. Despite all efforts, the damage was too extensive, and I I will soon be having a life-changing leg amputation to save my life.

This journey has and will be painful, both physically and emotionally. I’m will be facing months to years of recovery, rehabilitation, and the costs associated with medical care, mobility aids, a prosthetic, and making my home accessible.

I’m asking for help from friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers who can lend a hand. Every donation, share, and word of encouragement means the world to me as I work to regain my independence and rebuild my life.
