Hello everyone, My name is Kaylah and I was a San Bernardino native for many years. Here is where I had a lot of memories and met so many amazing people. To see the city that I believed in get torn down broke my heart. So I decided to take action. I'd like to start off by saying this money will be donated to the people of San Bernardino. We need to rebuild our city after all the riots are done. So, I'm going around town and talking to people who are in need of some help. I will distribute this money as evenly as possible with a check that I will give directly to the business owner who has been affected. I have people that I am working with who can help me with my vision so please be patient. This is my first attempt at giving back to the community the way I see fit. I'm still getting questions on the legitimacy of this fund. I want to formally introduce myself. Hi, my name is Kaylah, I'm 22 years old and I am an after school teacher at an elementary school. I'm also a college student majoring in Communications to eventually work with children in school with speech impediments. I'm also someone who has gone to presidential rallies and stood up for things that are right. I understand that people want to know who I am but I didn't want to make this about me. This is about the people of San Bernardino. I made this fund because San Bernardino is the place that I made a lot of important decisions in my life. And I want to ensure that this money is in safe hands. My mom and I are working hard, taking business owner's numbers down, and talking with people who are telling me how this is going to work. This is going to take a few days to do but please expect photos of the business owners and documentation as proof. People also keep asking me why I capped the fund. $20,000 dollars is all I can handle right now. This does NOT mean that I won't open it back up. I just want to make sure that I can execute my plan organized and correctly. There are other San Bernardino funds that you can donate to right now!
