My name is Jennifer and my siblings are Angela and Robert, we are starting this gofundme to help my parents Robert and Tammy Rudd. On May 21st 2025 there was an unexpected property fire. My parents heard a loud explosion outside and went to look and outside the home was a large fire. My dad had the hose on the house as long as he could until the fire department could get there. Unfortunately they lost 2 large sheds with the majority of my fathers work tools , along with their vehicles they use for work and daily driver. Some of the items were also 30 to 40 years of sentimental items that meant alot to them. My dad has his own business many may know as The RV Doctor for Tucson az*(ONLY INCOME)*. He has built his business for over 20 years, despite all the challenges with medical issues and almost loosing him, he has always figured out how to care for his family and work through his pain. Those vehicles and tools were everything my parents had to be able to work. They have also lost parts and supplies for any rv jobs he had or has in the future. We have gone through everything they lost and the total has already come to about 60 k. The house was thankfully spared with not very much damage thanks to my parents not giving up and then the firefighters doing everything they could to help. The house needs new windows that were blown out, new skirting, the stairs were damaged, and some of the walls.My parents are both ok, dad has suffered a few burns but he is taking it like a champ. They were able to save all thier animals as well. They do have home insurance and car insurance, but unfortunately they did not have full coverage and they are at a loss.We will also need to help clean up all the damage before monsoon comes.If you can donate any amount and say some prayers to help them out anything would be greatly appreciated.
