My name is Nicholene known to most people as Shelley. I was born and raised in Roaring River until my high school years. I have experienced Hurricanes Gilbert as a young girl and the struggle. Some people are recovering from the last hurricane. I have a lot of close family members living there. I want to help but on my own it would be small but together we can help more people.

Hurricane Melissa has caused severe damage to our beloved community of Roaring River, Westmoreland. Many families have lost their homes, belongings, and livelihoods overnight. Flooding and strong winds have left people without electricity, clean water, and access to basic supplies.

We are coming together to support the people of Roaring River during this difficult time. All funds raised will go directly toward:

• Helping families repair and rebuild their homes

• Providing food, clean water, and hygiene supplies

• Supporting children, the elderly, and vulnerable residents

• Long-term recovery efforts to restore hope and stability
