Rebuild, restart, renew

Our much beloved Sally and Michael suffered a terrible loss on January 13th.  In the early morning hours, their house caught on fire and is a total loss.  Michael burned his feet as he barely made it out in time.  They are both grateful there was no loss of life but are now needing to rebuild, restart and renew!  I have created this campaign because they are both truly special people and while they are reluctant to seek this type of help, they need it.  In the process of putting out the fire, the fire trucks badly damaged the bridge to the neighborhood and Sally has found out the neighborhood is responsible for replacing it.  If the bridge needs total replacement, the cost is estimated to be $30,000!  The support you send will be used to help replace the things insurance will not cover. Should we make the fundraising goal, which is ambitious, Sally and Michael will apply any excess funds toward the rebuilding of the bridge.

Michael has spent many years helping the geriatric community in many nursing homes and other living facilities. He feels called to help folks understand and deal with the loss of their belongings including their homes as well as loss of their beloved family members. His work has helped prepare Michael and Sally to deal with their loss and for that they are truly grateful.
