Help us to rebuild post fire

Hi everyone, my name is Maggie and this Christmas morning my boyfriend, Lars, and I lost our lovely little apartment in a fire. We are still not sure of the extent of the damage as we cannot enter the building. It sounds like the fire was contained to the other two units, but our unit is definitely full of water. We are not sure yet if our clothes, furniture, instruments, food, kitchenware, bedding & linens, toiletries, books, electronics and everything else we own are able to be saved. Our apartment was full of irreplaceable mementos which we don’t know if we’ll be able to recover. Luckily neither of us were there during the fire, as we were with our families for the holidays. Our cat, Luna, was safe with me in Nova Scotia but her litter box, toys, dishes, food, carrier are likely ruined. I am a student and unfortunately my laptop was in the apartment, so I will have to replace that.
