Rebuild Parents' Home After Devastating Fire

My parents' house caught fire last night and was deemed a total loss by the fire department. Insurance will cover some of the loss, but not all. We are blessed that everyone is safe, and that's what matters most. They have to rebuild what used to be their home. I'm asking for help since my parents are on a limited income. Anything is appreciated.
