This fundraiser is in support of beloved Los Banos-based small business retailer My Hippie Soul. The shop’s downtown storefront was broken into and vandalized. The damage is significant, and all merchandise was destroyed, leaving the business with no inventory to operate.

Mariana, the business owner, and her family also organize the Artisan Market, a weekly vendor fair that pops up on J Street adjacent to My Hippie Soul. This market welcomes hundreds of families every Sunday and features dozens of other small businesses, makers, and food vendors. My Hippie Soul’s support for other small businesses and the opportunities created through this market are immeasurable. Mariana and her family have become a pillar in the Los Banos small-business and vendor community.
