I lost my son… my home… and almost my hand.
Hi, my name is Haneen Farajallah. I’m a mother of two… or I was.
While running from our home in Gaza during an airstrike, I was holding my kids tight — and I got shot. Twice.
One of the bullets shattered my hand.
A few days later, our house was bombed.
I lost my sweet little boy, Kamal — one of my twins. I also lost other members of my family.
I lost everything. My child. My home. My future.
⸻
I was evacuated from Gaza… just in time.
In Gaza, the doctors did what they could, but it wasn’t enough. They told me I might lose my hand.
I was lucky to be evacuated to Egypt for treatment.
My condition got a bit better, but because of delays and damage, I now need several complicated surgeries to fix the nerves, tendons, and arteries in my arm.
Right now, my whole arm depends on one artery to stay alive. That’s dangerous — if anything happens to it, I could lose my arm completely.
⸻
What I need now:
• Several delicate surgeries (on nerves, tendons, and blood vessels), spaced 2–3 months apart
• A vascular graft to restore proper blood flow
• Intensive physical therapy between surgeries
• Medications, rehab, and post-op care
But all of this is very expensive — and I’ve already used everything I had.
⸻
I’m asking for your help.
I’m not used to asking for money, but I have no other choice now.
I just want to save what’s left of my hand — and try to go back to any kind of normal life.
If you can donate, even a little, it would mean the world to me.
And if you can’t, just sharing this with others would be a huge help.
I’ve added some of my medical photos and reports below.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
