Rebuild Mike's Life After Fire Tragedy
Donation protected
Mike Cannon is a loving brother, uncle, and friend to many. He has been employed at Cheers!, for twenty years and has resided in Holiday Village Mobile Park for the past twenty-five years. On February 21st, 2025, at approximately 2:30 PM, Mike was performing his regular duties at Cheers when his niece, Megan Jane, arrived with the distressing news that his home was on fire. Rushing home, he found the fire department extinguishing the remnants of what had been 25 years of memories, comfort, and personal security. He was informed by those authorities that it was an electrical fire that had started in the wall of the trailer. Mikes fully paid-off home was a crucial component of his long-term plan to age in place. With limited long-term savings, Mike now needs our assistance to regain the stability and security that his hard work had previously afforded him. If you know Mike, you are aware of his generosity, care, and kindness, which has helped many individuals through difficult times. Mike, at 63, is now facing homelessness and starting over from scratch. He has temporary lodging with his niece, her boyfriend, and their seven children while we rally behind him to help him secure a new home. Please give anything you can and help us restore Mike’s world as quickly as we can.
