Hello, my name is Shanequa and I live in the United States. I started this GoFundMe on behalf of my older brother Michael who lives in Jamaica. On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa hit the island of Jamaica and completely devastated the western part of the island. My brother lives in Trelawny, Jamaica which was directly hit by the eye of the storm.
As a result, my brother lost his entire home. He is currently homeless and has to completely rebuild from scratch.
