Dear Friends, Family, and kind-hearted strangers,

On January 7, 2025, lives were turned upside down when a devasting fire broke out in Guttenberg, NJ. In the span of minutes, our good friend Maritza lost everything she worked so hard for. While we are incredibly grateful that no one was injured, we are now looking to help Maritza rebuild what she once called home.

The fire destroyed most of the home leaving her displaced with whatever she was physically able to grab as she ran out.
