Hello community my name is Lavell Russell born and raised in the Bay Area all my life. As a young kid I always inspired to be an entrepreneur. I remember when I was 16 I tried to open up a car wash in my mother's driveway I had got so busy the city stopped by and told me you cannot run a business out of your mother front yard. Becoming a business owner has always been my dream, I spent my life trying to get to this point I worked countless hours stayed up countless nights to achieve my dream. I remember it like yesterday it was one of my proudest moments in my whole life when I opened Only Good Weed CBD Dispensary on High Street. I cannot explain the feeling that I had when I was able to service my first customer. I have to be honest I have to admit it's really tough seeing my store destroyed. You go home at night after putting in such a hard days work thinking that you'll be back to service the community tomorrow however a few bad people take that opportunity from you for their own personal gain. We put countless hours hired people from the community we chose to lead and provide a space where people can obtain their Health and Wellness products we created a essential business  to help the Community. We did all this during Covid-19  so it was even that much harder for me to open my business and a few bad people destroys everything. It's sad I'm sad I hope to rebuild with the community and come back even stronger. if you or someone you know can help us rebuild it's a ton of things we need in order to get back to where we was especially General Contracting work which most of the funds will go to putting back up our iron gate to protect our staff members buying our computers so that way we can have technology that will help track and process consumers orders. The looters stole everything it is definitely going to take a team to rebuild the dream of having an amazing essential business in a community that some describe as underserved.
