Rebuild Lives in Asheville with McCarthy Tire Service

McCarthy Tire, a fourth-generation family-owned business, with it's start in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is reaching out to our network for support. Hurricane Helene has caused immense damage in Asheville, NC, and the surrounding areas. As a local business deeply rooted in the Asheville community, we want to help those affected by this disaster and help our neighbors rebuild.

We're launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise dollars to purchase a trailer full of supplies and deliver them to families affected by the storm. Every donation will make a difference. Let's come together to support our community in its time of need.

We will be working with the local charity Your Dash 365. They are a 501(c)(3). Your Dash 365 is helping us use the funds we raise to buy goods for the affected communities. Some examples are non-perishable food items, water, baby supplies, charcoal, chainsaws, and animal food. Your Dash 365 has been guiding us as to how much we should be buying as they have done this in the past for natural disaster events. They also put us in contact with local fire departments to see where we should be shipping the goods that are needed.
