Rebuild Lives: Aid Kait, Emre, Leen and TJ

Hi!

My name is Sandy Mount, but this fundraiser is not about me.

My best friend since the 2nd grade as well as her son and roommates had their apartment burn down in an awful house fire yesterday afternoon. The fire has decimated every possession, outside of the clothes on her and her seven-year-old son's back. Along with that, they lost their two cats to the flames.

The fire was not their fault but now they are suffering immensely from the effects.

I'm close to everyone who lived in the building.

They are all incredible people who give so much to everyone else. Emre, a small happy-go-lucky kid, just watched as his life and toys and pets went up in flames. Kait is a single mom, who works constantly to support herself and Emre, while still giving and taking care of those she loves. Leen is a firecracker human, who is the first to fight for others, even at the expense of herself. TJ, takes care of animals as part of his job, while making sure his family and friends are also provided for.

They never ask for or expect help. Right now they need it.
