Rebuild Lives: Aid Carly and Asha Post-Fire

Thank you for clicking on this Go Fund Me! My name is Katie and my sister Carly and her fiance Asha have been displaced from their home which they lost in the LA fires this past week. Carly and Asha were renting a house in Altadena California, and when the evacuation orders went out they grabbed their laptops, birth certificates, and social security cards. After a dreaded night of waiting to hear any news of their home, they soon discovered the house was burned to the ground. Their quaint home was absolutely desimated by the fire. They only have the few items that they took with them that night. Although the fire took with it their memories of Asha's father, who passed a few years ago, and all of Carly's incredible art work, both women are grateful for their own safety. However, Carly and Asha are going to need to rebuild their lives. Right now the main nessecities are clothing, food, and a place to stay. This Go Fund Me is designed to support them in these areas so they can focus on processing their loss, and moving forward to the next chapter of their lives.
