Lighthouse Church In Panama City Beach, Florida took a direct hit today (October 10, 2018) from Hurricane Michael. Hurricane Michael made landfall as a powerful, high-end Category 4 hurricane. It is the strongest storm to make landfall in the continental US since Hurricane Andrew in 1992. The 130 mile per hour winds ripped the roof off the main campus church sanctuary and collapsed the walls and flooded the interior. A second campus building was also heavily damaged in neighboring Panama City, FL.
The non-denominational church congregation has worked hard for 15 years to build a thriving faith community in the PCB area. They are home to hundreds of local families, many who also suffered devastating losses to their own homes. They live up to their name in the community as a "lighthouse" and they strive to love and help anyone that comes with a need.
Raising these kinds of funds will take a divine miracle of God and and a miracle of generosity from those that can give. Every $10 will help but if you can give generously or in a significant way it would be greatly appreciated.
Please pray for Pastor Cole Bailey and his family along with the entire congregation of Lighthouse Church and the communities of Florida that have been impacted.
