Rebuild kittenkarers pens

Hi guys . We are desperately in need of a re build of our pens . We have had a specialist come out and look at them and they have said they are beyond repair. Our pens are over 20 years old and now rotting.

Kittenkarers is a small none funded rescue that helps 100s of cats and kittens every year . Our vet bills normally average 30 thousands a years .helping stray / abandoned / feral. Neglected and surrenderd cats and kittens.

Many many times we step in and cover the cost of life saving operations when certain big funded rescues refuse. Like the case of litter marie . A 4 month old kitten who needed a leg amputation. A large rescue refused to fund this and told the vets to put to sleep . The vets contacted Kittenkarers and asked would we fund the operations of course we did . This baby deserved a chance of life. She is now a happy 3 legged cat living her best life.

Or beautiful jasper . The vets again contacted us as yet again the large funded rescue wouldn't help him . He had a huge hole in his head . From a abcess . Months of treatment and care . He is amazing and in a lovely home . Tiny lillybet. 3 weeks old who needed her eye removed. Some others would not give the chance but we knew she was a fighter. Now in a lovely home

The beautiful bold 7 babies. Dumped in a box . So poorly sadly most didn't make it .but that didn't stop us paying £100s of pounds at the vets to try and save them. All our hearts broke

We are always completely full .as are all the rescue. And desperately need our pens to be up and running

The joiners and builders have quoted £14.5 000 for the rebuild . Which will also give us 3 extra pens . As we always have a waiting list for cats to come in

Jacquie has run Kittenkarers for over 15 years now and has given her home over to this rescue as with all the volunteers . No one is payed at kittenkarers and 100% of all money goes to the rescue and cats

For kittenkarers to be out of action . This would sadly affect so many cats and kittens desperately needing our help . Please help us to help them
