Hello, my name is Doreen Benjamin. I live in Washington, DC, but I was born in Jamaica. I'm raising funds for my friend, Kadeen Gentles, who I met at a church gathering over 5 years ago. She is a single mother who lives in Kitson Town, Jamaica. She has two daughters, Abigail, 10, and Lily, 8. The roof of their home was destroyed due to the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa. They cannot live in their home without a roof. Please find it in your heart to help them rebuild the roof. All funds will go towards paying the workers and buying the supplies and materials needed.
