Hi, my name is Aaron Beadle. I am the owner of Jax's Dogs gourmet hotdog cart. While vending at a Halloween trick-or-treat market, there was a big storm that came through and blew down a couple of trees, killing one man and injuring many others. I ran when I heard the tree cracking and was super fortunate to get away with my life. My hotdog cart, along with my equipment (canopy, tables, phone, P.O.S., and such), wasn't so lucky. The tree came down right on top of my setup and crushed it.
This is my full-time job, and I truly love what I do. I take pride in delivering a quality product at a fair price, delivering smiles one hotdog at a time. This has been devastating in many ways, and I recognize that I'm one of the lucky ones who escaped with their life.
My goal is to raise funds to acquire the materials needed to repair the cart and replace the equipment that was destroyed. Luckily, I am able to do the metal work and welding myself, but the cost of materials and supplies is daunting. I ask for your help to get the cart back to operational so I can return to my passion for creating smiles and happiness by filling bellies. Thank you in advance!
