A close friend and member of our sober living community, Vlad, is going through something no family should ever have to face. His family’s lifelong home was completely destroyed in a fire, taking with it all of their personal belongings, family photos, memories, and several of their beloved pets.

It’s hard to put into words the kind of pain and shock that comes with losing everything in an instant. Vlad and his family have always been kind, humble, and hardworking people. They’ve spent years building a life in that home, and now they’re left starting from scratch with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

We’re coming together to try to ease just a small part of that burden. Every donation will go directly toward helping Vlad and his family cover essentials like clothes, food, and a safe place to stay while they begin the long road of rebuilding their lives.
