Rebuild Hope for Travis, Stephanie, and Elias

Our son Travis has served in The United States Army where he was injured and had several surgeries on his leg. Despite this, he faught hard to over come his injuries in order to become a police officer, and he serves the city of Asheville everyday tirelessly. He is an amazing dad to Elias and the two of them share a unique relationship with a deep bond. Our daughter in law Stephanie, is a kidney transplant recipient, she has undergone severe challenges but never complains. She works hard and is a great mom. Elias, well I gush when I talk about him, but objectively he is incredibly hard on himself and strives for perfection. He’s a 13 year old boy who’s just had his foundation destroyed. His home is uninhabitable and his school closed. To hear that the insurance company won’t be covering any of the damages, is disappointing and heartbreaking.
